SNCB - NMBS
Full UI redesign for SNCB / NMBS, Belgium’s national railway company.
This was my very first large-scale digital project:
over 80 templates designed and delivered in 2012.
A huge challenge for a junior designer at the time, but still a project I’m genuinely proud of today for its complexity, ambition and impact.
Key features of the redesign included:
• Introduction of online ticket purchasing
• Route planner and travel assistance functionalities
• CRM and database-driven interfaces
• Creation of entirely new digital guidelines and UI standards
• A cleaner, more intuitive and modern visual language for the platform
